Kamameshi
"Kamameshi"is a popular Japanese cuisine prepared and served in a small pot. Rice and other ingredients are cooked in soup stock to create a harmony of tastes with toppings.
Torigin's Kamameshi is cooked only after we receive your order. Cooking time is about 15 minutes. We ask you for your kind patience in this respect.

Yakitori
Yakitori is grilled chicken pieces on a stick. According to your request, it can be served either salted or flavored with our special soy sauce-based and slightly sweet sauce, and grilled over hot charcoals.
It is served hot in the order it is cooked to perfection.
